Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes joined Anne Hathaway backstage at the Tina Turner concert in NYC last night. Anne deserves a night of celebration now that Rachel Getting Married is leading the 2009 Independent Spirit Award nominations, including a best actress nod for her. Katie finally had a chance to relax on her night off from Broadway after a busy week with the Beckhams.

A handful of big names stepped out last night for Hamilton and Hollywood Life's Behind the Camera Awards in LA. Lucy Liu looked fabulous as usual on the red carpet while Ryan Phillippe mingled at the after party with his date Abbie Cornish. Evan Rachel Wood looked happy despite her weekend drama over her breakup with Marilyn Manson.

Anne Hathaway recently told reporters that she has bad taste in men, and her admission got me thinking. I've seen quite a few friends suffer through one bad relationship after another, mainly due to the men they choose to date. And since so many of us have a type that's not an uncommon cycle to find yourself in.

Anne Hathaway looked simply stunning at the London Film Festival last night wearing a midnight blue frock to the premiere of Rachel Getting Married. Her makeup looked typically glamorous with an emphasis on her bold brows and a perfect pout.
Anne kept her hair looking glossy yet slightly tousled to give a more relaxed feel. I was blown away by how enormous her eyes looked with black kohl and lashing of mascara. 
Two Lovers was not the only film screening at the London Film Festival last night. Anne Hathaway was out in a stunning blue floor-length frock at the premiere of her movie Rachel Getting Married, directed by Jonathan Demme. In the movie she plays Kym, a woman who has been in and out of rehab for ten years and returns home for her sister's wedding.
