Although Spring 2009 London Fashion Week has come and gone, BellaSugarUK and I have a few goodies to share with you from our fun-filled week of shows in September.

I met with uber-cool stylist Bay Garnett earlier this week but I was thinking of you guys the whole time and I certainly didn't leave empty handed! I got Bay to sign a copy of her book The Cheap Date Guide to Style which is sure to be your first point of reference for style tips.
The book was also written by Kira Jolliffe and offers style advice from the likes of Chloe Sevigny, Karl Lagerfeld and Vivienne Westwood.
